Where do you offer delivery to?

We offer delivery options on checkout, we can currently only ship to locations on the UK mainland such as England & Wales, Scotland (may incur extra on checkout), Scottish Highlands (may incur extra on checkout) and Scottish Islands (may incur extra on checkout)

What if you don't offer delivery to my location?

We regret that we can currently only ship to the locations listed on the checkout and sadly can't offer delivery options elsewhere because of the variations in pricing and customs rules. Locations affected tend to be Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Islands, all EU and other International countries beyond the UK mainland. If you have the option to arrange onwards delivery if the weathervane can be delivered to an area we ship to that could be one potential solution. Please note that if an order is placed to an area we do not offer shipping to on checkout and a refund is required we will only to recover the amount minus the card processing fee from our provider which is 3% per transaction so we urge customers to contact us prior if the location isn't listed on the checkout

How is an order packaged?

Orders are sent out in the most appropriate sized box depending on the quantity of items, size and weight. The packaging material is mainly thick impact resistant foam or wrapping which give great protection in transit. The products are packaged well and very securely and it is very rare we suffer any breakages except if the order has been mishandled by the courier

When can I expect to receive the order?

We contact all customers when the order is ready to arrange a convenient day for delivery and the order should be delivered on the day between 9am - 5pm

What days can products be delivered?

The order can be delivered on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday using the 9am-5pm service as standard for all courier deliveries. If you require before lunchtime delivery or other express delivery options please contact us prior for pricing

Can I save on postage if I buy more than one product?

Yes our online shop will work out any overall saving and apply the discount

Can I pickup the product(s) from the Essex workshop?

Collections are by appointment only so that we can ensure that there will be someone available when you visit. Please contact us in advance so this can be arranged. We can also provide the workshop address and directions

Guidance for accepting and signing for the order on delivery day:

We would advise customers to check the order over before signing for it to ensure there are no signs of damage or anything else that you deem to be unacceptable. During transit the courier is responsible for any damage to the order but when you sign for the order the customer accepts that the product was delivered in an undamaged and acceptable condition

In the rare and unlikely event that an order is delivered in damaged or unacceptable condition we would advise that you either reject the item, sign for it as “Damaged in transit” and call us within 24 hours if possible. You can also sign for the order as "unchecked" if you were not given appropriate time to check the order over by the courier
